- All product pictures, specifications and descriptions on the website are for reference only. Slight color difference and texture deviation caused by shooting light, display equipment and manual measurement do not belong to product quality problems.
- The displayed online prices are preliminary reference prices. The final transaction price is determined according to actual order quantity, fabric specification, customization process, logo printing requirements and international trade terms.
- We reserve the right to adjust product prices appropriately according to fluctuations in raw material costs, labor costs and market conditions.
- Inquiry Service: We provide free professional business consultation and solution matching services. Our professional sales team will reply to valid customer inquiries within 24 working hours.
- Sample Service: Stock samples and customized samples are available. Sample production fee and international shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. Partial sample fee can be deducted for subsequent formal bulk orders as preferential cooperation support.
- Order Confirmation: All formal bulk orders shall be subject to the signed Proforma Invoice and the arrival of the agreed deposit. Oral consultation and preliminary quotation do not constitute valid order contracts.
We support multiple secure international corporate payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). The deposit ratio, balance payment time and settlement terms shall be subject to the formal cooperation contract confirmed by both parties. Buyers shall complete payment within the agreed period; overdue payment will cause adjustment of production and delivery schedule.
All website texts, pictures, videos, product designs, logo templates and customized solution drawings are protected by international intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website service consultation and order cooperation for users who provide false information, maliciously default on payment obligations or violate these service terms.
These Terms and all B2B cooperation disputes are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Both parties shall first resolve disputes through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the local competent judicial authority where the company is located for resolution.
