Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all sample orders and bulk wholesale orders of hotel textiles purchased from Shanghai Lixin Textile Co., Ltd. It uniformly clarifies order processing cycle, shipping methods, freight liability, delivery rules and after-delivery inspection standards for all global cooperative clients.

1. Order Production & Processing Cycle

All working days exclude weekends and Chinese statutory holidays. The production cycle is subject to no force majeure and full payment of deposit: - Sample Orders: 3–7 working days for sample production after confirming customization details and receiving sample fees. - Stock Bulk Orders: 7–10 working days for sorting, quality re-inspection, packaging and shipment after deposit confirmation. - Customized Bulk Orders: 15–30 working days, specifically adjusted according to order quantity, fabric type, logo embroidery complexity and personalized processing technology. The exact delivery date shall be subject to the formal contract agreement.

2. Shipping Methods & Global Coverage

We support worldwide door-to-door and port-to-port delivery, covering Europe, North America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Oceania and all global hospitality markets. We provide diversified shipping solutions for different order demands: - Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Suitable for small-batch samples and urgent trial orders, with fast global delivery and real-time tracking. - Air Freight: Suitable for medium-sized urgent bulk orders, balancing delivery speed and transportation cost. - Sea Freight: The preferred solution for large-scale hotel bulk procurement, with high cost performance and large loading capacity.

3. Freight & Customs Liability Rules

- Sample Orders: All international shipping fees, customs duties and handling fees shall be fully borne by the buyer. - Bulk Orders: International trade terms (FOB/CIF/CFR/DDP) are confirmed by both parties in advance. Freight cost, customs clearance procedures and tariff liability shall be implemented in accordance with the agreed trade terms. - We provide complete export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and quality certification to assist buyers in smooth customs clearance.

4. Delivery Delay Instructions

We strictly abide by the delivery date stipulated in the formal contract. For delivery delays caused by international logistics congestion, routine customs inspection, bad weather, policy changes and other force majeure factors, we will not bear default liability. We will actively track logistics dynamics and inform clients of abnormal situations in a timely manner to assist in problem solving.

5. Goods Inspection & After-Sales Rules

Buyers shall inspect the package integrity, product quantity and appearance quality promptly after receiving the goods. If there are production quality problems, product shortage or non-conformity with customized requirements caused by our side, buyers shall provide valid photos and video evidence within 7 working days after receipt. We will verify the situation and provide replacement, re-production or compensation solutions. We are not responsible for product damage, pollution or loss caused by logistics transportation, improper storage or manual use after delivery.

6. Logistics Tracking Service

After shipment, we will provide official logistics tracking number and shipment documents in real time. Our professional team provides 24/7 online after-sales logistics follow-up service to ensure stable and safe goods delivery.

7. Policy Update Right

We reserve the right to adjust this Shipping Policy according to international logistics rule updates, tariff policy changes and business service optimization. The updated policy will be automatically effective after being published on the official website.
